Lac la Hache has several public access points to the lake, and a public boat launch in town as well as the Provincial Park area a bit north along Hwy. 97. Apart from the lake, there is the provincial park area and a large stretch of Crownland that is perfect for taking an ATV or horseback adventure in.

Winter in Lac La Hache sees the area covered in a blanket of snow, which is great for dog-sledding or Skiing. Timothy Lake has a very nice hill and facilities for a day of fun!
